Software Answers Enters Luxury Rental Market

Milford Management, one of New York City's largest managers of premier residential real estate, has picked Software Answers Inc., the leading provider of technology solutions for the extended-stay hospitality market, to provide property management and accounting software. Orlando, Fla.-based Software Answers will install its Oscar 4.6 Enterprise Property Management and Accounting System at Milford's Bristol Plaza and Liberty View projects in Manhattan.

Both projects cater to high-level business executives and individuals on assignment or just spending an extended period of time in New York City.

Bristol Plaza, 210 East 65th Street on Manhattan's fashionable Upper East Side, is a 167-suite apartment-style hotel. The accommodations include 24-hour concierge, doormen, and parking garage attendants, as well as complementary membership in the rooftop health club, which offers a 50-foot pool and large sun terrace, sauna, steam room, and massage facilities.

Liberty View at Battery Park City's furnished suites range from oversized studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments with spectacular views of the New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Hudson River. Amenities include 24-hour concierge, parking garage, health club, and laundry and valet services.
